1. Q: What can I do on eShop? 
A: Guest users without signing in: Search Product, review catalog data.
A: Registered Users after approval: Search product, review catalog data, see stock availability, download .dxf & .stp files, order product, create shopping lists, review previous orders.

2. Q: Who can access the HORN eShop?
A: Customers of Horn USA pending approval.

3. Q: Do I need to create an account?
A: No. While you may use eShop to browse and research product, premium features such as download capability for .stp, and .dxf files, pricing, and stock availability are blocked without a registered and approved account.

4. Q: How do I register for an account?
A:  Existing Customers: After you fill out the registration form, your details are reviewed by our customer support team and your account will be setup pending approval.
A: New Customers: After you fill out the registration form, the customer support team will review and coordinate how your account should be setup. If you currently purchase through one of our authorized distributors you will be assigned a default role for end users. This will allow you to create shopping lists to forward to your distributor, download .stp and .dxf files, and see availability.

8. Q: Are all products HORN offers on eShop?
A: No. Discontinued or obsolete products are not part of the data. There are over 27,000-line items currently uploaded to eShop. Previously ordered Made to Order products can be processed through eShop with the direct order function.

9. Q: Are inch products on the site?
A: Yes. All currently available inch products are loaded to the site.

10. Q: Are new products on eShop?
A: Yes. Typically, eShop will be the best place to find the latest products. New products are featured under the banner “New Product” located on the home page.

11. Q: How do I use eShop to find products? 
A: The intuitive search function built into the homepage is the place to start. Additionally, several filters can be used to reduce selections down to a few options.

12. Q: How do I cancel an order I made on eShop?
